Feeling a little less broken…

…thanks to spin and pilates. I barely made it to spin class on time, got one of the last free bikes, and made it through class. The instructor mentioned there was another class 15 minutes later, so I figured why not stay. 15 minutes after spin, there was a pilates class, so I opted to do that instead of wait for yoga which was an hour later.
I realllllly underestimated pilates. I feel like I should have a 6 pack right now, because I swear it’s like I got kicked in the stomach. And yeah, still not flexible. But I can tell it’s really helping stretch out my hips and hamstrings, which tend to stay pretty tight.
Oh, and clean blueberry protein pancakes to refuel!!
