How much cross-training = a 20 mile run?

2.5 hours on the bike, ~30 stair stepper. 5k run.
I figured 20 miles would take me about 3:20:—, so that’s what I did. My legs feel great and awful at the same time, but I definitely don’t have any tendon pain! I’ll call it a win.
Can I still eat all the things?
