Protein Waffles!
If you’re constantly looking for a healthy snack/meal, I think this one is a winner. It’s healthy, protein-packed, and even Paleo-friendly. I spent way too much time with my waffle maker trying to make this one good.

So pull out your waffle maker, plug it in, and mix together the following ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 mashed banana
- cinnamon
- 1-2 packets stevia
Pour on hot waffle maker, and wait for the magic to happen.

Because who said you can’t use your waffle maker for other things?
Eat plain for some tasty protein bread, with some SF syrup for a bad-A healthy waffle, OR…

…slap some natural PB on it for a kick-butt protein packed peanut butter waffle!
