running for a purpose

44 notes

One spin class down, one to go.

I’m finding it extremely hard to get my heart rate up with cross-training (except swimming) and it makes me feel like I’m not working hard enough to equate to running.

But, I still feel like I got a good workout in regardless, so I’m trying not to worry too much.

It’s really hard to take a picture of yourself nonchalantly on a bike in front of 30 other people.
