running for a purpose

38 notes

Hey Brenna, it’s called GLOVES. I guess I’m just not as hardcore as you.

I had a pretty awesome gym sesh tonight. I’m convinced my spin instructor was trying to kill us, which I appreciate. I can tell I pushed my limits tonight, and that’s hard for me to do on the bike. Getting better!

  • Spin (1 hour)
  • Yoga/Pilates Fusion (1 hour-I call it Yolates).
  • 2k m Rowing

I’m still working on flexibility, and it’s not encouraging when the chick next to me in pilates is bent like a pretzel and I’m not even close. Work in progress…

I forget how much I like rowing after I haven’t done it in a while. My upper body needs some WORK so I’m glad I was able to squeeze it in.

RUNNING tomorrow if the weather behaves….

Oh, and did you know it’s NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY?! I didn’t have the patience for pancakes because I was STARVING after the gym, so I whipped up some protein waffles instead.
